Implementation

To kickstart our ESG reporting journey, we partnered with Socialsuite. Their expertise helped us assess our current position and build a strong foundation for embedding ESG into our operations. Using Socialsuite’s materiality assessment software, we identified the sustainability issues most important to our business and stakeholders. This gave us a clear roadmap with milestone goals.

Now, we can easily track and report on key ESG metrics, ensuring our stakeholders receive the insights they care about most. Ongoing collaboration with Socialsuite has been crucial in keeping us aligned with our goals. Their forward-looking approach has helped us stay ahead of emerging ESG requirements. Looking ahead, we’re focused on deepening stakeholder engagement — both internally and externally — to improve ESG data quality and meet evolving sustainability expectations.

Results

Our 2024 ESG report highlights our continued commitment to sustainability, tracking 11 key metrics aligned with the World Economic Forum (WEF) Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics. Rather than expanding metrics arbitrarily, we conducted a materiality assessment using Socialsuite’s platform to better understand stakeholder priorities. Annual reviews of our material ESG topics, combined with stakeholder feedback, help guide both our operations and reporting.

We also maintain a strong focus on governance, diversity, and R&D to ensure our sustainability initiatives align with stakeholder expectations and long-term business goals.
