Kai Martin is Chief Sustainability Officer at The Pasha Group, where he leads the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy, including sustainability, energy, quality, security, and resiliency programs. With more than 30 years of maritime and operational leadership experience, he has played a key role in advancing the company’s environmental initiatives since joining in 2011.
A former U.S. Naval Officer and current Navy Reserve Captain, Kai holds a B.S. in Marine Transportation from California Maritime Academy and an MBA in Global Management. He also serves on NOAA’s Cordell Bank Sanctuary Advisory Council and the board of the North American Marine Environment Protection Association.
